Test Drive Trifecta Event & Blackstone Grill Giveaway Sweepstakes

Sponsor: Gregg Young Columbus Toyota and Gregg Young Columbus Chevrolet GMC

The Test Drive Trifecta Event & Blackstone Grill Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Gregg Young Columbus Toyota, located at 815 23rd Street East, Columbus, NE 68601, and Gregg Young Columbus Chevrolet GMC, located at 615 23rd Street East, Columbus, NE 68601 (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid driver’s license.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor and each of their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or test drive will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligible individuals may enter in one of the following ways during the Sweepstakes Period:

In-Person Entry

Visit Gregg Young Columbus Toyota at 815 23rd Street East, Columbus, NE 68601 or Gregg Young Columbus Chevrolet GMC at 615 23rd Street East, Columbus, NE 68601 and complete an official entry form.

Mail-In Entry

Mail a handwritten entry including your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to either:

or

Gregg Young Columbus Chevrolet GMC
Attn: Test Drive Trifecta Giveaway

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026 and received by May 5, 2026 to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

4. Prize Details

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of one (1) Blackstone 28” Propane Griddle Grill, Model 2311, or a similar grill of equal or greater value.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $299.

Total ARV of all prizes: $897.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Drawing Dates

Three winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received.

Drawing dates are:

• April 10, 2026
• April 20, 2026
• April 30, 2026

One winner will be selected on each drawing date.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winners do not need to be present to win.

7. Prize Claim Conditions

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or other documents required by Sponsor before receiving the prize.

If permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or damaged entries.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising agencies, and promotional partners from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Nebraska.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies and will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.

To request the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to either Sponsor address listed above no later than June 30, 2026.
